Meet The Team

We are Dave and Bev Townsend.  We purchased our house in 2006 as our Silver Wedding Anniversary present to each other and it is ours and our family's second home.  We have had many enjoyable times there and hope you will enjoy your stay too.  

Our links with Spain go back many years, in Bev's case to the 1960's.  Her Grandfather, step-Grandma, Aunt, Uncle and parents all retired to Spain.  Dave was introduced to Spain as a result of these family links and it was a natural progression to buy our own property when the time was right.


Our Keyholders

As we are UK based we have local keyholder, Karen, who is on call during your stay to sort out any issues should they arise.  She will ensure the house is fully prepared for your arrival.  
Karen will be waiting at the property for you, will show you around and ensure you are happy with everything.  When you leave she will call to collect the keys.  
Karen lives locally so can answer questions about the area.  You will be provided with her contact details for while you are staying at HouseByThePool.
